You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

5. Payments and Fulfillment

Payments for products may be processed through third-party platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other authorized payment providers. In certain cases, The Big Brain Brand may also directly process payments.

Fulfillment, shipping, and transaction handling may vary depending on the platform used. You agree that applicable platform terms govern payment processing, order handling, and dispute resolution where relevant.

6. Refunds and Returns

All refunds, returns, cancellations, and order disputes are governed entirely by the applicable marketplace platform’s policies where the purchase was made. The Big Brain Brand does not override or modify those policies.
